Low fat cheese salad – Start with fresh lettuce and add some potato salad and chopped tomatoes. Next, make bread croutons and add it to the salad. Finally, chop or grate the cheese into smaller pieces and sprinkle it over the salad.

Turn the broiler on. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the secant or brown sugar on top of each dish of oatmeal. Watch closely for a few minutes until the sugar bubbles and darkens. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

As you prepare for an exam, take a few moments to double-check that you have all the materials you need. Even a simple thing, like forgetting your calculator, can ruin your score. The professor may not have extra items to lend you, so make sure you have what you need before you leave for class.

The right kind of food you should eat include vegetables, fruits, fish, nonfat dairy, egg whites, shellfish, soy products, olive oil, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, skinless poultry, etc. You must not skip your meals. Eat 5 small meals throughout the day. They must be healthy meals, not fast foods. Drink plenty of water every day to give your stomach a sense of fullness and to help flush out toxins. Never skip your breakfast. Ensure you eat a healthy breakfast every day.

Early mornings are the worst time for the levels of blood glucose. At these times it is at the lowest level. You must have seen some people who are so irritable in the morning that nobody can talk to them unless they have their cup of tea or coffee.
